Events Introduction

The eHealth (Pandemic) Digital Transformation Virtual Workshop was held on May 5, 2020 from 1:00–4:00 PM (CST). During the workshop, Joann O`Brien (TM Forum) made a brief opening introduction. Dr Shan Xu gave an overview of the recent fight against COVID-19 in China from the initial identification through the rapid spread and on to the subsequent containment of the Virus. Dr Alberto Sanna concluded by saying that work in this challenging area has only just started and would take many years to complete. He focused on the value of combining Health and Well-Being and on the launch of personalized First Class service. Experts from different industries expressed their opinions.
